just 3 more sleeps!

it's hard to believe that in just 3 more sleeps, i get to board a plane to fly to zambia, africa. ever since i was there in 2003, i have dreamed of the day when i get to go back. i knew that i would most likely go back someday - but i didn't know that it would be this soon. actually, originally, i wasn't supposed to be going back this year. the plan was for mom, dad and jonathan to go this year. but just before christmas, the plan changed, and now, the whole family is heading there.

needless to say, i am so excited. i can't even begin to put into words the emotions that i am experiencing right now. going for the first time was exciting for sure - but knowing exactly what i am going to this time (the people and and the places), makes everything even more exciting.

in short, i feel blessed to go to zambia. it truly is an amazing place. mostly because of the people there. and i feel blessed to experience it all with my whole family. i am a blessed girl.
